FAQ

Trade visitors receive a Welcome Kit that includes a pass to access the event for all 3 days with priority access, the event program, appointment schedule, access to the buyers lounge for a coffee break, and the possibility to use the cloakroom.

Before the start of the Exhibition, trade operators who request it by contacting the exhibition secretariat at segreteria@sihe.ch can have access to the online agenda to book business appointments with exhibitors at the Holiday Exhibition. Access to the appointment agenda is reserved for selected buyers.

Fair Address: Exhibition Center, Via Campo Marzio, 6900 Lugano

  • Car: The fair is easily accessible from the A2/E35 highway, exit Lugano Sud following the direction Lugano-Centro and then following Gandria.
  • Public Transportation: The fair is easily accessible from the Lugano SBB train station, the Exhibition Center can be reached by the city Public Transport (TPL SA) line 2, direction Castagnola (Palazzo Studi or Lido stop). Alternatively, Taxi service is available.

Professionals

Trade visitors who are not included in the online agenda or who have not pre-registered can still register directly at the info-point reserved for them and enter the fair for free.

  • Welcome Kit that includes the pass to access the event for all 3 days with priority access, access to the Buyers Lounge for a coffee break, the event program, appointment schedule, and the possibility to use the cloakroom.

  • Early access to online agenda to book business appointments with Holiday Show exhibitors. Access to the appointment book is restricted to selected buyers.

  • Free parking (subject to availability, spaces are limited)

  • Access to the Buyers’ Lounge (relaxation area, business area, Wi-Fi, bar and assistance)

We invite you to fill out the “Press Accreditation Request” form available at www.sihe.ch/richiesta-accredito-stampa. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.

During the Salon

Access to the Exhibition, once registered, is guaranteed for all three days. However, you must keep your access pass to re-enter the exhibition.

All types of luggage are allowed

Yes, the Exhibition is accessible to people with reduced mobility or on crutches. Everything has been arranged to facilitate access for people who need special help and/or assistance. We remind you that disabled people are entitled to free entry.
